Winter School 2010-2011

This year’s Winter School 2010-2011 offers a great possibility of learning about:

"Individual Health & Nutrition"

The purpose of the Winter School 2010-2011 is to get a common understanding of the area “Individual Health & Nutrition”, to identify needs and focus of further research and cooperation, and of course to network and create new collaborations. The organisers are pleased to present that the Winter School is approved again as a Ph.D. course (2 ECTS), this time at the University of Copenhagen.

The Winter School organisers are happy to present 6 seminars:

  1. Individual Health & Nutrition: Status & Perspectives (5 October 2010)
  2. Diet-Gene interactions: Nutri-omics (9 November 2010)
  3. Individual food (7 December 2010)
  4. Individual food & medicine (11 January 2011)
  5. Health promotion at individual or group level (8 February 2011)
  6. The future: Differentiation by “Nutri-types”? & PhD Evaluation (8 March 2011)

Focus areas at the six seminars:

  • What is state-of-the-art within the field in question?
  • What are the hypotheses?
  • Which results have been achieved?
  • What should future work focus on?
