Interconnected strategic areas
Projects fall within three overall strategic areas: Food & Health, Production & Sustainability and Gastronomy & Sensation. These areas are all interconnected and hold unique opportunities for creating cross-disciplinary collaboration projects.
Present projects
Several projects previously initiated by the former Øresund Food are continuing under the auspices of lead partners Roskilde University and Lund University. Those projects include “ Healthy Growth,” under which the subproject “ Redefining the Food Sector” was completed. "Healthy Growth" is a partner in Biopeople's ongoing project " Innovative Ingredients." Other current projects are: " Foodbest," “ Food Innovator,” “ baltfood."
