
Gastronomy & Sensation
In order to create a vision for the Gastronomy & Sensation focus area a Think Tank has been established. The Think Tank consists of people from universities, private companies and authorities from the Øresund region, who are highly competent within the area of Gastronomy and Sensation.
Two members of the Øresund Food board lead the Gastronomy & Sensation Think Tank with the assistance of the secretariat of Øresund Food. The challenge for the Think Thank is to be visionary in their discussion, and to function as a source of inspiration for future Øresund Food activities and priorities within Gastronomy and Sensation. By these means Øresund Food will be guaranteed renewal, innovation and economical growth.
