Øresund Food, together with seven municipalities in Skåne and Region Skåne, explore children's take on food in the project Children's Best Table (Barnens Bästa Bord). The project is owned by Leader Skåne Nordväst Norra and is running 2010-2011 with a continuation being planned.
The project's partners believe that there is potential for growth for food producers, restaurants, and other businesses in the tourism and entertainment sector, when they realize that children are tomorrow's conscious customers who are already affecting their parents' decisions.
