Øresund Food's role in Children’s Best Table is to create regional growth and innovation as effects of the project. The project's six focus areas are: Food Producers, Restaurant & Cafe, School, Home, Nature, and Physical Activity. We primarily support areas Restaurant & Café and Food Producer while complementing other partners and contributing to the project’s other areas.
Our involvement is three-fold: advisory, as a resource for development and analysis processes; network-development, creating a basis for the project’s continuation; and information dissemination to relevant partners.

Jenny is responsible for the strategic area Gastronomy & Sensation, including project development and network activities. Jenny is also working with innovation and international collaborations (for example the baltfood project and FINE - Food Innovation Network Europe).
