About us
Øresund Food—a platform organisation within Øresund University—was closed in December 2010 when Øresund University was decommissioned.
Øresund Food functioned as a knowledge and innovation network within the food value-chain. It facilitated knowledge-based economic growth in the Region through collaboration and by initiating, coordinating and participating in multidisciplinary projects within food and health, production and sustainability and gastronomy and sensation.
Several projects previously facilitated by Øresund Food are now continuing under the auspices of the Section for Regional Development Projects, owned by Roskilde University and Lund University. See individual projects for details on current activities:
