Julie is responsible for Øresund Food's communication and marketing, including web site, newsletters and public relations.
Research Funding
R&D is a prerequisite for knowledge intensive production of food from stable to table. Therefore, Øresund Food supports research projects within the strategic networks.
All Øresund Food research projects have participants from both Denmark and Sweden, both universities and industry. Apart from these, public research institutes as well as authorities are also participating in many of the projects.

The Øresund Food research projects are always larger frame-projects. This means that they function as the coordinating body of a range of smaller collaborative projects within the same area of interest. This also means that they are open for participants and new projects which can be included in the frame-project if financial support is available. If you have an idea please feel free to contact the secretariat for help on finding your way through the system.
A research project becomes an Øresund Food-project by application. Øresund Food can support project initiation with seed money. Project ideas should be sent to the Øresund Food board, which, after review in the strategic networks, decide which project to support.
