Annual Reports
The 2010 Annual Report discusses Øresund Food's work in current and future projects, including "Healthy Growth," "FoodBEST," "Food Innovator," "baltfood," and "Children's Best Table." A summary of findings from the "Healthy Growth" subproject "Redefining the Food Sector" are included.
During 2008 and 2009 Øresund Food initiated three projects, of which “Healthy Growth” is the largest project in Øresund Food’s history. Within “Healthy Growth” the subproject “Redefining the Food Sector” was begun. Other ongoing projects are “Food Innovator” and “baltfood”.
The Annual Report 2008 focuses on Øresund Food Networks activities in 2008 – from projects to network meetings and member relations. Special emphasis has been put on development of ØFN strategy.
During 2007, ØFN has developed into an even stronger partner for all stakeholders in the Øresund region. The level of activities and the number of participating stakeholders have increased considerably.
During 2005/2006 more than 80 companies and organisations have joined Öresund Food Network including all universities in the region with food related activities, small and large companies and various kinds of institutes and organisations.
