Course: Product Development for Health & Taste (Produktudvikling til Sundhed og Velsmag)

Are you and your company in need of methods and tools for systematic product development of healthy and tasty foods? VIFFOS offers a 2day course in June 2010 to personnel from smaller companies, cantinas, production kitchens, larger farm shops, entrepreneurs etc.

The course will equip the participants with tools and methods to systematically work with product development while taking into account food trends, target groups and your company’s identity. You will work within the scope of theory, practical exercises and relevant cases, and the course will touch upon key words such as health, food preferences, taste, nutrition and frameworks for product development.
