The first International Vitamin Conference
The 1st International Vitamin Conference is held in Copenhagen May 19-21 2010.
The Vitamin Conference offers unique possibilities for researchers in academia, industry and governmental bodies to present and discuss important aspects of vitamins in foods and supplements in regard to human nutrition research, establishing food composition data and controlling food labelling. The conference is organised by the Technical University of Denmark in cooperation with Øresund Food Network.
