New book: Food at work
A new review of research in meals at the workplace, entitled »Mat på arbetet – dygnet runt?« is on its way.
The review is a result of a collaboration between Lunds University, Technical University of Denmark and Vækstforum Hovedstaden.
The authors are swedes Magnus Lagnevik, Företagsekonomiska Institutionen, Lunds Universitet, Maria Nyberg og Anna-Lisa Lindén, Sociologiska Institutionen, Lunds universitet along with danes Michael Søgaard Jørgensen, DTU Management and Bent Egberg Mikkelsen and Anne Vibeke Thorsen, DTU Food.
The review has been funded by The European Regional Development Fund, Skånes Livsmedelsakademi and Øresund Food Network.
