A Food and Health Cluster analysis has been performed in the Øresund Region. More than 400 food- and pharmaceutical companies have been analysed and categorised according to five different categories:
Traditional food profile; Health profile; Functional Food profile; Lifestyle profile; and Traditional Pharmaceutical profile.
The analysis highlights the enormous amount of competences within food and medicine in the Øresund Region.
