On the 19th May the secretariat in Copenhagen arranged a seminar focusing on reporting and administration for current Interreg projects. An information packed morning with useful instructions on how to approach the administrative side of running a project coupled with an opportunity to exchange experiences with other project participants.

The key take away is that potential problems are there to be solved. Greenhouse acts as a project hub and we are happy to share our experiences. Furthermore, the secretariat stressed the importance of keeping them in the loop and to keep close dialogue with them throughout the implementation of the project.

Finally, a few practical highlights for ongoing projects; it is worthwhile to keep a log of ongoing activities, where you link supporting documents i.e. minutes, agendas, protocols etc. for documentation purposes. We could also recommend to initiate a system for annexes so that it is possible search and find specific documents further down the line.
