Increasing opportunities for leadership transition crossborder
NetWork NORDEN is an Interreg IVA project to boost cooperation between universities in Denmark, Sweden and Norway in strenghtening competencies within human resources in businesses on the Nordic market.
Although the neighbouring countries percieve themselves as alike in many ways, there are not so subtle differences when it comes to working culture, attitudes in the workplace and leadership. By increasing our knowledge and achieve a greater understanding of how and why we tend to act differently in certain situations, transitions between countries could be simplified and barriers for leaders working in different countries removed.
By screening and mapping behavioural differences this project aim to educate middle management and HR-departments in the KASK-region to further integrate the countries in the region.
