The companies are to be the growth locomotive in the Femern Region

SME’s on both the Danish and German side of Femern Belt has begun to prepare for the enormous building project, which will commence once the establishment of the Femern fixed link.

During August and September in Denmark, there has been held a series of info-meetings regarding the opportunities for SME’s in the region and the interest has been overwhelming.

There is no doubt that the companies are ready to be part of the process at some level when the Femern fixed link building process commences.

Together with FBBC, Femern Belt Development will aim the focus at networking and compentence gathering when you as a SME want to be considered as a subcontractor for the Femern project.

Through the project; Klar til Femern Bælt 2012/BeltTrade(Ready for Femern Belt 2012/BeltTrade) – companies will be offered professional seminars for managers and employees and networking for amongst other companies in the region, both on the Danish and German side of the Belt.

It is crucial for the economic growth in the region that the companies benefits from the building project, as they are to be the growth locomotive in the new Femern Region.
