Social Innovation 2.0
Social Innovation 2.0 is a European Interreg project striving to investigate the opportunities and challenges perceived and met by the actors within the field of social entrepreneurship. The intention is to examine how they understand and recognise cross-border collaboration within the Øresund region and by which means this area may be strengthened and improved. The analysis will be based on conducting field-studies and interview.
Networking
Inspiring network activities for actors within the field will be arranged in order to introduce them to each other and to allow for the exchange of ideas and experiences. The main networking event, the Social Innovation 2.0 Unconference, took place on October 8, 2010 coordinated by Øresund Entrepreneurship, KPH Copenhagen Projects and Center for Social Entrepreneurship. In the beginning of December, three network meetings for the potential Danish and Swedish project partners will be held, and on December 16 we will gather all potential project partners for a day-long Rapid Prototyping workshop, were we will make up the plans for a more encompassing Interreg-project in 2011.
Documentation
In order to secure dissemination of information and knowledge, all the activities within the project will be carefully and thoroughly documented and made available on our webpage. A project report with the results from our analysis of the field will be printed and presented in January, 2011.
