Early business planning

All university researchers spend an amount of their time on strategic research design. This activity often takes place in research groups or at a departmental level. There is currently no regional forum for discussions and knowledge sharing between researchers and there is no established interface between individual researchers/research groups and industry. The aim of this work package is to create this forum.

In order to establish a new dialogue between regional researchers and companies, a total of six seminars will be held. The focus of these seminars will be:

1. Instrumentation at ESS and MAX IV, hardware
2. Instrumentation at ESS and MAX IV, software
3. Hard Materials
4. Soft Materials
5. Biological Materials
6. Basic Research and Industry Needs
