IT leadership in the 21st century
IT is the single most important factor in the fulfillment of enterprise objectives. Despite this, general managers increasingly ask IT managers to do more with less. This is the fundamental paradox of IT management. Against this background, "IT leadership in the 21st century" provides participants with a thorough understanding of the latest and most important approaches, methods, technologies and tools for managing IT capabilities.
