About the Swedish educational system
The structure of the educational systems in Denmark and Sweden are very much alike - this also goes for the structure at university level. But you will find differences:

One week full time studies equals 1.5 points, one semster equals 30 points, and one year of studies equals 60 points. A three years education equals 180 points.
