Jenny is responsible for the strategic area Gastronomy & Sensation, including project development and network activities. Jenny is also working with innovation and international collaborations (for example the baltfood project and FINE - Food Innovation Network Europe).
Maria is responsible for the work in all Øresund Food's involvements including strategic networks and projects, Øresund Food research projects, competence mapping and study gateway.
Jytte assists people from universities in writing applications to the EU Interreg program, and to run approved projects accord to the application and the conditions. Furthermore, she assists with the planning of different kind of meetings, with contacts to universities and companies.
Mie is responsible for the strategic focus area Food & Health. Projects: “Healthy Growth” financed by the European Regional Development Fund and Vækstforum Region Hovedstaden.
Nils-Olof is responsible for project management and administration, including the Øresund Food support organization. Nils-Olof is also working with cluster and business support.
Julie is responsible for Øresund Food's communication and marketing, including web site, newsletters and public relations.
Heidi is working for the FoodBEST project, undertaking a broad variety of tasks related the project, among others communication & marketing.
Maura assists various communication and marketing related tasks.
