Sustainable Building Processes (Bæredygtige Byggeprocesser)
Integration between sustainable building processes – with the application of information and communication technologies.
Despite similarities between the Øresund Region’s building processes there does not exist any kind of cross border cooperation in the region which among other things have been because of varying traditions, structures and national standards. Because of this fact companies with businesses on both sides of the Øresund Sea run their businesses independently of each other.
The project aims to advance an Øresund cross border regional collaboration, so public as well as private stakeholders are able to carry out their business in both Denmark and Sweden. This will be done by:
- Creating a network for discussions and meeting in the business
- Creating regional translation and understanding for national guide lines and standards, together with affecting the harmonization of national regulations
The project lead partners are; Lunds Tekniska Högskola, SBI and DTU Byg. Project partners are Øresund Environment.
