Klima Øresund
Swedish and Danish municipalities and the regions join forces in implementing visions, strategies and plans for the climate related areas in order to reduce the CO2 emission levels together with promoting sustainable growth in the Øresund Region.
This will be achieved in an Øresund cross border regional collaboration with municipalities, regions, knowledge institutions and private companies in the Øresund Region.
Based on the requirements of Swedish and Danish municipalities and regions, Climate Øresund will organise public and private stakeholder collaborations to develop concepts, models, methods and tools to use in specific climate issues, hereby decreasing the CO2 emission levels and increasing the sustainable growth in the Øresund Region.
Hopefully, the Municipalities of Copenhagen and Malmø are able to use this project as a way to organise all future climate cooperation.
