Integration of sustainable construction processes
- by the use of information and communication technology
The purpose of this project is to enhance the market and cooperation in the construction sector across the Øresund Region. There are many similarities between the Danish and Swedish construction sector and many actors are working on both sides of the Øresund. Despite this fact it is not possible for the sector to benefit from the Øresund Region as one market. This is due to differences in traditions, structures and differences in between the national codes. There is an immediate need for a regional network and for common “interpreters” of the national systems if actors in the construction sector should be able to work together and be able to work across the Øresund. Today this means that there is not a common market in this sector why regional initiative is needed to open up this. The project is sponsored by EU through the Interreg IV A Öresund programme. The partners in the project are Lund University (LTH), Technical University of Denmark (DTU), and Danish Building Research Institute (SBI).

Aktiv i aktivitet: 3. Harmonisera riktlinjer för nationell BIM og 4, Transformera nationella klassifikationer.
Som et stort teknisk univesitet i Øresundsregionen føler jeg en forpligtelse til at fremme det grænseoverskridende samarbejde, som netop er formålet med Interreg projekter. Jeg har selv en stor passion for at fremme brugen af digitale bygningsmodeller for at kunne forudsige bygningernes virkemåde og på den måde finde de mest hensigtsmæssige og bæredygtige løsninger. Jeg ønsker at fremme brugen af neutrale udvekslingsformater for at sikre en varig læsning af data og forhindre en monopoldannelse på softwaremarkedet.
