The Formel M project within the Gate21 initiative will carry out a number of demonstration projects to gather knowledge and experience about methods, challenges and effects of mobility management measures in Denmark.

The background is that people transport accounts for 64% of the Danish transport sector’s use of energy, now amounting to 33% of Denmark’s total energy consumption.
