Innovation workshop for European living labs
The European Commission in Brussels hosts a workshop for European living-labs on open innovation and the future internet-enabled services in smart-cities. Øresund IT participates on behalf of and for all our innovative ICT members.
Friday, January 15 kicks off 2010 to be an even more exciting and innovative year for the ICT industry. In Brussels, European living-lab projects and participants gather for a constituency building workshop with presentations of current and potential pilot ideas.
The goal of the workshop is to support several pilots through the European ICT Policy Support Programme for competitiveness and innovation. The day will aim to accelerate the uptake of innovative internet-based technologies and services in cities. The pilots should apply user-driven open innovation methodologies across networks of smart cities, and is hence an ongoing development of projects as Living Labs Øresund executed 2007-2009 and still active in the Øresund Region.
Øresund IT attends the information meeting and workshop for this topic in order to develop contacts and ideas for projects involving our members in various ICT functions.
