Strengthening the
Øresund ICT cluster
Closing in on BrandIT anniversary

First year of the branding project of the Øresund ICT cluster, BrandIT, is approaching its end by September 2010 - but the project has been approved for further funding and will continue until December 2012!
This spring the project activities are focused on finishing the statistic data analysis to put accurate and updated numbers on ICT in the Øresund Region. The areas of analysis account for number of employed in the ICT industry, PhD researchers, ICT students, private R&D and much more.
Over the summer the work on the graphic identity and profile for the Øresund Region ICT cluster will be finalized. On June 1, a number of suggestions will be presented to the BrandIT Advisory Board. Soon after this meeting we expect to be able to present to you the name and profile that are going to represent all of us; ICT stakeholders of the Øresund Region. This will also allow the project group to start working on website and other presenting material for everybody.

Karina is working with communications, public relations and events for the BrandIT project, primarily based at Øresund IT's office in Copenhagen. The target groups of this work are external project stakeholders and partner relations.
Karina furthermore has the overall responsibility of BrandIT, until Project Manager Doris Søgaard Farver returns from maternity leave.
