Bardenfleth new chairman of the ITB

At the Danish IT Industry Association's board meeting last Thursday is was determined that longtime vice president Jørgen Bardenfleth is replacing the former chairman, Lars Monrad-Gylling as new chairman of the largest association of IT companies in Denmark. Simultaneously, a new executive committee was elected.

Jørgen Bardenfleth knows every nook in the association after having served the executive committee and Board for 14 years.

“I very proud of the choice today. It is an exciting task to represent the entire industry and a task I am looking forward to resolve with the other board colleagues. 
Especially the SMEs are the key to the continued development of the Danish IT industry, which faces some exciting business years. 
In the coming years the biggest task is to secure sufficient innovation throughout the growing layer of the Danish Industry. There is a great potential and it determines the future of the Danish IT industry”, says Jørgen Bardenfleth.


Jørgen Bardenfleth is 54 years and director in Microsoft Denmark. He has previously been employed in HP and Intel.
