NNIT most attractive work place

ØresundIT member NNIT has been voted the most attractive work place for IT professionals in 2009. The ranking is an annual questionnaire amongst 2000 Danish IT employees conducted by Version2, and the scores have been remarkably different this year than previously.

Chief Editor of Version2, Arne Steinmark says that the preferences of IT employees have changed drastically this year.

- It has been an odd year with great changes in the ranking. A public employer has rised 40 spots while a few private companies have turned out with lower rankings. It has been really difficult to trace a pattern this year, Arne Steinmark said when he presented the Version2 Profile prize 2009.

Exactly what facts made NNIT end up as number one; taking over the top placement from Microsoft Development Center Copengagen, is also hard to pinpoint for NNIT's Vice President, Lene Nilsson. She says that NNIT has grown closer lately though as a possible positive change within the company. Per Kogut, CEO supports this by explaining how the company's focus on people in stead of a physical product would be a good reason why NNIT has the best image reputation in Denmark this year.
