BrandIT – a brand new project

It is time to let the world know which is the biggest and best ICT-cluster in Europe – the Øresund Region! This newly granted project will analyze the best matches of resources, competencies, and employees.

We are now ready to start the project which is going to put ICT in the Øresund region on the map. The purpose of the project is to analyze, create awareness and attract people, capital and business to the region.

The first part of the project will define the ICT-cluster in the region statistically in order to be able to benchmark the region in the rest of Europe and the world. Following this analysis will be the development of a branding strategy for the Øresund ICT region. Combined, these to stages will provide a solid base for actually executing the branding in the relevant parts of Europe and the rest of the world.

BrandIT is funded by Interreg and has a first year budget of € 980.000.
