Having a foreign background is an additional strength in that it helps diversity, and diversity is one component for creating prosperity. However, it is not always easy to relate to experience from further afield, when starting up something new in Denmark and Sweden.
In this project we would like to work with securing opportunities for individuals with a foreign background and a higher education, in order to help them to get well established in the region and to starting up businesses. This will add value to the individuals and will also contributing to the development and the welfare systems in Denmark and Sweden.
