The Øresund Region host excellent competencies on health promoting foods. Healthy Growth coordinates and initiates cooperation as well as transfer & dissemination of knowledge

Healthy Growth stimulates development of tasty and health promoting foods and the rise of a new Health Industry in the region through increased cooperation between research and industry in the health, food and nutrition areas. Key words are promotion of knowledge maturation, exchange of knowledge and competencies, innovation and financial growth.
