Baltfood

The BSR Food Cluster: Innovation and Competitiveness in Action

The overall aim with this project is to promote innovations. There are three target groups within the project Baltfood; companies within food, universities and other research institutions working with food and local or regional institutions supporting the food industry. There are 13 partners representing 6 countries around the Baltic Sea.

The aim with Baltfood is to bring industry, primarily SME's, and research closer together, and also to prepare the food industry for future challenges.
