Various tips for improved student learning


Intelligens er ganske arveligt, men af den del af variansen, som er milj�bestemt, viste fysisk form sig at st� for hele 80 procent. Det er en rigtig stor effekt.

A Danish study shows that there is a positive learning effect from walking, cycling or in other ways being physically active on the way to school. The positive effect lasts up to four hours after the activity. I assume that the same would apply to university students (and for physical activity during the lunch break).
