Various tips for improved student learning


Intelligens er ganske arveligt, men af den del af variansen, som er miljøbestemt, viste fysisk form sig at stå for hele 80 procent. Det er en rigtig stor effekt.

A Danish study shows that there is a positive learning effect from walking, cycling or in other ways being physically active on the way to school. The positive effect lasts up to four hours after the activity. I assume that the same would apply to university students (and for physical activity during the lunch break).
