Exercises week 1:

• discuss your reasons to choose this course
• discuss what you expect to get out of following the course
• discuss your background and experienced CM problems
• discuss how the analysis in Babich ch. 1 relates to your own experience

Before they leave the exercise session, each group will have to produce (and hand in) one slide that summarises the main results of their discussions.

A number of groups will be selected to present, very briefly (1-2 minutes) their slide at the beginning of the lecture on Thursday.
