Lab exercises week 3:
- Time: Friday 15/11, 13.15-15.00
- Place: Computer lab "Falk" in the basement of the E-building
- Note: today's Lab is obligatory
This week we explore the support CVS gives for parallel development. We try out
the different possibilities for parallel development and how CVS handles them.
In particular we will investigate how merges are done and how to resolve merge
conflicts. As the climax of this lab we will do a release that will be used in
the next lab.
Material for the exercises will be handed out at the lab.
Next week we will continue to explore CVS and its possibilities
for supporting both the team and the individual developer.
