Quote: "LISP is worth learning for the profound enlightement experience you will have when you finally get it; that experience will make you a better programmer for the rest of your days, even if you never actually use LISP itself a lot."
Eric S. Raymond, How to become a hacker

Quote: "If you want to trick a pointy-haired boss into letting you write software in Lisp, you could try telling him it's XML."
Paul Graham, Revenge of the Nerds

Research: I am a member of the AI research group at the department. I am interested in knowledge representation in AI, in particular in logics for AI. I am interested in autonomous agents, in particular in problems related to their design and implementation. I took part in an EU-financed project SIARAS devoted to knowledge-based reconfiguration of automation systems. A more detailed description of (some of) my activities may be found on the AI@CS Research Group pages.

Current events I am somehow involved in:

My publications.

My short CV (2 pages), a longer CV (7 pages), and a list of my publications.
