  Read these two chapters.
  In chapter 2, pay special attention to the change process and be sure that you completely understand the role and working of the CCB and how Change Requests are handled.
  In chapter 5 make sure that you understand why and how audits are conducted

  Video (351 Mb), slides and discussion questions (other questions).
  Browse this chapter as background material for the exercises next week, where you have to produce parts of a CM-plan. Section 2.2 in Daniels also gave information about CM-plans.
• Stephen B. Compton, Guy R. Conner: Configuration Management for Software, Van Nostrand Reinhold, 1994. (chapter 3).
  Read this chapter to get a feel for the different roles and responsibilities connected with CM.
