Christian Pendleton from Tabete
Biography: Christian started working with CM in 1994. The major part of his experiences comes from working with software in large Swedish organisations. In 2005 he got to work with agile methods for the first time and he has since then added roles as scrum master, agile coach and devops coach to his cv. He is very interested in how CM-related practices can be used to support agile ways of working. Today he’s a part of Tabete in Lund with a current assignment at Volvo Cars in Lund.
Abstract: Christian will talk about how I see the SCM role today in the Swedish industries and how it differs in various companies. I encourage you to bring questions that you have about the life of a CM today and what to consider when you enter the market.
