CM provides the infrastructure that makes it possible for a group of people to work together in a safe and efficient manner to produce a well-defined product that is delivered on time and within budget. CM also handles the crown jewels of the company and makes sure that nothing bad happens to them and that changes are carried out in a controlled and managed way.
