Title: AI tools for mental health
 
Project description: The overall purpose of this project is to develop AI tools for the assessment of treatment of mental for usage in clinical settings. The tools include chatbots for automatized clinical interviews and cognitive behavioral therapy, as well as transcription of patient-clinician meetings. Project work would be based on extending these tools, for example, (a) creating avatars where patients talk with “avatar” clinicians, (b) multi-modal predictions of diagnosis of mental health based on  a combination of speech, voice, facial expressions and body movements, (c) an app for AI-CBT, (d) adding local language models that are not connected to the internet, (e) testing and evaluating security concerns of the platform.
