I also got all the other people's files in my workspace - what do I do now?
In the lab instructions it says what you should not do - now I will explain how you can use Perforce in a safe way to remove unwanted things from your workspace ;-)

This is what you should do:

then Perforce will have removed all files from your workspace - but unfortunately Perforce does not remove the folders (don't ask me why). So you will have to manually remove the empty folders.
After that you can select your pair's project in the Depot tab and do: or start with an empty workspace if you have to "create the project from the zip-file"!
