I have created the BeerOMetre to encourage - and reward - students to be active in the construction of the lists of links to useful SCM information, an index for the course literature and acronyms in configuration management.
If you have a link to some useful information about SCM, mail it to the lecturer and - if it is accepted, you will get 10 BeerOMetre credits for a link to a video and 5 BeerOMetre otherwise. If you email the lecturer a motivated "like/dislike" to a video from the useful information page, you will get 4 BeerOMetre credits.
If you find that an index word, its definition or its usage is missing, mail it to the lecturer and you will get 5, 3 or 1 BeerOMetre credits respectively if it is accepted.
If you find that an acronym is missing, mail it to the lecturer and you will get 2 BeerOMetre credits if it is accepted.
If you find a "mistake" (an error or something that can be improved) on the course web-pages, the literature or the lecture notes send a Change Request to the lecturer and you will be rewarded between 1 BeerOMetre credit (spelling mistakes) and 5 BeerOMetre credits (suggestion for improved student learning that are easy and immediate to implement).
At the end of the course there will be prizes to the top-3 on the list. You should be able to guess the "nature" of the prizes (if you are not familiar with the Danish language, Google can help you with a translation - or you could just look at the pictures ;-)
